When you begin bloodraging, you fill the area around you with the magic of your ancestors to support you in battle. Choose either yourself or a friendly creature within 30ft of you, for your ancestors to use as a conduit and manifest a physical form, becoming a copy of your chosen target which is able to use the target’s All-Out Attack and Push the Attack actions to join in the fight.
