If you are physically touching a target who moves through a Teleport or similar ability, you may travel with the teleported target as an Immediate Action. For example, if you are mounted and possess this talent when your mount is teleported, you could travel with your mount. If attempting to use this against a hostile creature you would need to be grappling the target or another similar level of contact.
