Whenever a hostile creature makes an attack roll against a friendly creature within 10 feet multiplied by half of your Highest Magic Rank Bonus, that creature must make a Soul Save (DC 15 + half of your Highest Magic Rank Bonus + your Good Alignment score) or take a penalty to the attack equal to half of your Good Alignment score. This penalty lasts for the entire action that triggered the failed Save.
