You gain the ability to rouse others through performance. You can use this ability a number of rounds per Long Rest equal to (3 + 1 per Rank in Performance) multiplied by your Fellowship modifier.
Starting a Bardic Performance is a Basic Action but can be maintained each round as a Free Action at the start of your turn. Changing a bardic performance from one effect to another requires you to stop the previous performance and start a new one as a Basic Action.
A bardic performance cannot typically be disrupted; however, it ends immediately if you are killed, Paralyzed, Stunned, knocked Unconscious, or are otherwise prevented from taking a Free Action to maintain the performance each round. You cannot have more than one Bardic Performance in effect at any one time, unless otherwise noted. The DC for any Saves related to your Bardic Performance is equal to 10 + half of your Rank Bonus in Performance + your Fellowship modifier.
Your rounds of Bardic Performance refreshes completely on a Long Rest. In addition, you also gain half of your Fellowship modifier in rounds on a Short Rest.
