While Raging, once per Long Rest when you confirm a critical with an unarmed or natural attack, you punch through your target and rip out a vital organ. This attack deals damage as normal for a Strong Critical; however, your target must make a Body Save, DC 10 + your Highest Martial Rank Bonus + your Strength modifier, or take 1d4 points of Constitution Bleed.
