- Prerequisites: Apprentice Rank Herbalism OR Alchemy
- Special: If you take any talents that allows you to make any types of bombs, you may make as many or as few as these types of bombs as long as you do not surpass your limit of bombs per Long Rest.
You can make a number of bombs per Long Rest equal to your Rank Bonus in Harvest: Herbalist and your Rank Bonus in Craft: Alchemy + half of your Intellect or Thaumaturgy modifier, whichever is higher, rounded down. When you make these bombs, the bombs are inert and generic. When you go to use a bomb, you add in various catalysts choosing the type of bomb and any modifiers such as loads to apply to it.
Once per round you may throw a single bomb as a Basic Action by making a ranged attack targeting Touch AC. This is a special attack action. These bombs have a 10 foot range increment per Rank in Harvest: Herbalist and Craft: Alchemy.
At base, these bombs deal a number of d6’s equal to half (rounded down) the higher of your Intellect or Thaumaturgy modifier + a flat amount based on the higher of Intellect or Thaumaturgy modifier in Fire damage. Additionally at Apprentice, Professional, and Grandmaster rank in Harvest: Herbalist and Craft: Alchemy, you increase the base damage by 1d6.
The bombs crit on a natural 20 and have a Critical Rating equal to half of your Highest Rank Bonus of the two skills.
Bombs also deal splash damage in a 5 foot burst equal to minimum damage + your Intellect or Thaumaturgy modifier. This splash cannot effect the main target of the bomb, even if they are large enough to be in the splash and targeted. Targets in the splash get a Body Save for half damage.
Any saves that targets of bombs have to make are equal to a DC 10 + 1 per rank in Craft: Alchemy or Harvest: Herbalism + your Thaumaturgy modifier (if using Alchemy) or + your Intellect modifier (if using Herbalism)
Any talents or abilities called load(s) may be applied to any of the bombs you create at creation, however each bomb may only have 1 load applied to them at a time.
