Whenever you deal Electricity damage to a target, you may chain that damage to adjacent targets. This damage may chain to a number of additional targets equal to half of your Highest Magic Rank Bonus. This damage must be applied to the new targets the same way the original damage was (attack or save). Your new targets only take 25 percent of the original damage. These chains cannot chain themselves and each target may only be affected by one chain.
