You can, once per Long Rest, issue a challenge to a target creature as a Quick Action. You gain benefits against your target based on your Code of Honor; however, you take a -2 penalty to AC against all other hostile creatures during your challenge. A challenge on a target lasts until you complete a Long Rest or you challenge another target, whichever comes first. All bonuses provided by Challenge are Tactical bonuses that stack with other Tactical bonuses.
