You may spend a Basic Action to perform a Grapple check, which if successful allows you to swallow your target as long as your target is equal to or smaller than you are. Your target takes your Constitution modifier in d6s Crushing damage every round they start their turn inside your stomach. Your target can break free by dealing an amount of Physical damage equal to your Constitution score while swallowed. If your target dies inside you, you heal an amount equal to your target’s Constitution score.
