You gain access to the Disruptive Spell Upcasting effect. By increasing the spellcasting DC by 2 any ongoing effects of the spell on a target force the target to make Concentration checks for appropriate abilities such as Upcasting with a penalty equal to the effective level of the ongoing spell.
