You can use this performance to cause one or more creatures to become Fascinated with your performance, target creatures must be within 90 feet and be able to see or hear you to be affected (Whichever is more appropriate). You must also be able to see the creatures that you are attempting to Fascinate. Any type of nearby combat or hostile situation causes the Fascinate performance to automatically fail. Any creature affected by Fascinate must make a Mind Save, DC 10 + half of your Rank Bonus in Performance + your Fellowship modifier, if your target(s) succeed, they are immune to Fascinate for 24 hours. If they fail, they gain the Dazed condition until the end of the performance, or it is broken from the Daze. Fascinate is an Enchantment, Compulsion, and Mind-Affecting effect.
