As a Basic Action you can make an attack at a hostile creature disregarding the safety of any friendly creature in melee with that hostile creature. If the attack misses the hostile creature, you immediately reroll the attack against an friendly creature in melee (If more than one, the closest one). At which point the action surprises the original target, provoking an AoO from all friendly creatures threatening your target who also have this talent.
