When you begin bloodraging you spray out your necrotic blood hitting all creatures within your natural reach. Affected creatures must make a Body Save (DC 10 + half of your Highest Martial Rank Bonus + your Constitution modifier) or become coated in the blood taking your Constitution score in Necrotic damage for a number of rounds equal to your Constitution modifier.
