Once per Long Rest, you may announce a goal as a Basic Action granting all subordinates a number of rerolls equal to half of your Highest Magic Rank Bonus towards completing that goal. These rerolls may be used on any skill check to complete that goal and any rerolls not used are lost at the end of a Long Rest.
