All friendly creatures are treated as if they possessed the same teamwork Talents as you for the purpose of determining whether you receive a bonus from their teamwork Talent. Friendly creatures do not receive any bonuses from these Talents unless they actually possess the Talents themselves. The friendly creatures positioning and actions must still meet the prerequisites listed in the teamwork Talent for you to receive the listed bonus.
