Once per Short Rest you may call down a number of stars equal to your Highest Magic Rank Bonus as a Basic Action. You may distribute these stars among valid targets within 60 feet of yourself in any combination of your choice. Any time that a target with a star takes damage a star is consumed and deals an additional amount of Astral damage equal to 1d8 + 1d8 per half of your Highest Magic Rank Bonus to that target. Only a single star can trigger per application of damage against a target, and the damage from these stars do not trigger additional stars.
