- Special: You may only have a single type of rage totem active at a time. When you Long Rest your active totem may be changed.
When you maintain a Grapple while Raging, you may swallow a hostile creature of your Size Category or smaller. While inside you, that creature suffers your Strength score in Crushing damage every round. That creature can escape by dealing double your Constitution score in Slashing damage to you. Appropriate DR still applies.
