When you uses the All-Out Attack action, you can give up your regular attacks and instead make one melee attack at your highest attack bonus against each hostile creature within Reach. You must make a separate attack roll against each hostile creature.
When you use the Whirlwind Attack talent, you also forfeit any bonus or extra attacks granted by other feats, spells, or abilities with the exception of the Cleaving Finish Talent.
